Pre-K Count and Color Sets

Name:
Date:

Today I am practising: building a requested quantity from a larger set

1

Color 1 sun. Leave the other suns uncolored.

2

Color 2 of 4 balloons.

3

Color 3 of 5 flowers.

4

Color 4 of 5 raindrops.

5

Color 5 ladybugs.

6

An adult says a number from 1 to 5. Draw and color that many dots.

Grown-up guide
  1. Have the child count aloud while coloring each picture, then stop immediately at the requested number.
  2. Cover completed pictures with a finger if the child loses track.
  3. Vary the crayon color only after the quantity is correct so color does not distract from counting.
